Returns and Exchange
At Shazialem, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit your needs. That's why we offer a hassle-free returns and exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchange Policy:
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process mentioned above and then make a separate purchase for the desired item. This will ensure the fastest way to get what you want.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at wackar.afzal@gmail.com. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Exceptions:
Please note that certain items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include perishable goods, custom products, personalized items, beauty products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards. If you have any questions or concerns about the eligibility of your specific item, please get in touch with us.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
If you are shipping your merchandise to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply as mentioned above for the return or exchange process.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
